Our Terms of Shipping is FOB origin unless it’s agreed otherwise. Global Lab Supply shall not be liable for any damages to customer property caused by third party during delivery of products and damage to the products during the transit. The customer should not accept a damaged package unless the carrier makes a “damage or shortage” notation on freight bill or delivery receipt. Service title passes when the shipment is loaded, so customer is responsible for filing and collecting a freight claim. Replacement products must be ordered and to be paid separately. All claims must be made in writing within 90 days of the date the product was shipped. Any claims not made within this time limit shall be deemed waived by the customer.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Global Lab Supply product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Global Lab Supply reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Global Lab Supply reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Global Lab Supply shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Global Lab Supply without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
